Yes, all coaching sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is our top priority, and any information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent. This creates a safe and trusting environment for your personal growth.
How are coaching sessions conducted?
Coaching sessions are conducted online via video calls. After each session you will be sent comprehensive notes from that session. You will have access to our coaching platform that gives you access to a range of coaching tools and resources.
How long does a typical coaching program last?
The duration of a coaching program varies based on your goals and needs. Most clients benefit from a series of sessions over several weeks or months. All coaching programmes start out on a fortnightly basis usually for the first couple of months. I have clients who I have coached for several years and as their business grows and develops so does the coaching programme. There are no lock in contracts, you can continue as long as you want.
